No, it does not exist, not in London (Hong Kong, and the US, yes), and this question has been asked many times before – you are not the only “lucky” applicant. You are being targeted in an advance fee scheme designed to separate you from your money and/or personal information. Simply ignore them and remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

It’s a scam. These guys are going to ask you to send money to them to process the visa, to get a work permit or for some other reason. Do not send money. Never send money.
