Any One Heard Of Cosmopolitan Hotel In Hong Kong? Budget Hotel? Close To Causeway Bay?

Looking for a budget hotel, it could be your choice. I stayed there twice, room rate very competitive (I did comparison on several hotels nearby Cosmopolitan), and you definitely get something extra with their offer of free WIFI.
Location-wise very near to Causeway Bay, you can even walk to Times Square, & they have free shuttle bus to there.
I particularly like the room, a contemporary touch and exceptionally clean… the front desk staff told me the hotel opened in early 2005, as a new hotel, room size is fair big already.

My client’s office is in Causeway Bay and so I stayed at Cosmopolitan several times. You can cross check the hotel own website

and other travel websites to compare rates, sometimes you will find super savers if you book with hotel direct. I compared rates for several hotels and if you need one close to Causeway Bay with reasonable price + good quality, not many choices, and so I chose Cosmopolitan and surprisingly in many aspects it did exceed my expectation.
Though you will be in the very centre of Causway Bay within just 5 – 10 mins walk, the htoel has shuttle service. The last bus at 9 something, perhaps this is the area the hotel can look into – extend the service to 11 pm… well anyway, not a big deal for me, I like to walk – 5 mins ok for me.

Somebody recomended me Cosmopolitan hotel I asked something similar a couple of days ago. I checked the rates affordable, but i depends on what they offer you, I’m looking forward to my stay.
Will come back wtih some personal experience in 2 weeks time if you can wait.
ps. looking at the map, seems Csomopolitan is close to Causeway bay then the other two hotel.

hello… I stayed south pacific and cosmopolitan. south pacific in wan chai, cosmopolitan close to both – wan chai & causeway bay. I personally like new hotel and so I will put a vote for cosmopolitan simply because u feel relaxed and comfortable being there. south pacific is a bit old, the furnishing, the decor, … Price for both close to each other, so u better check other travel website for exact rates…

I don’t agree that Cosmopolitan is a budget hotel as it is rated 4 stars, however the customer rating is even lower than the 3 stars hotel in the same area. You can refer to the following websites:

Cosmopolitan and Cosmo hotels are actually side by side at Queen’s Road East which are located at Wan Chai District rather Causeway Bay. They do near to Times Square however the dermit point is that you must walk thru a subway before we can go out anyway. That is a bit tiring esp during summer and carry all the shopping bags.
If you are looking for staying somewhere nearby Causeway Bay, I do recommend South Pacific or Charterhouse. They are cheaper rates and closer to Times Square as well as the airport bus [A11] bus stop. Do compare the hotel sites as many as possible.
