Check the phone book for dorm-type rooms for rent on a daily basis. They’re about HK$100 a night, comes with a phone, tv and bathroom.

Consider Cosmopolitan Hotel! More near Causeway Bay than Wan Chai, I’ll say! In Causeway bay there’s a lot to shop and big shopping malls (You might have heard of Times Square, the hotel also offer free shuttle bus to drive guests there). Room is reasonably priced, I got a fair good deal when I stayed last Oct.
